Communications Specialist

I run a small specialist consultancy focused on public affairs and strategic communications. I’m looking for a sharp, motivated communicator to join me as we grow. This is a startup environment: collaborative, hands-on, and fast-moving. You’ll be involved across the board, from pitching in stories, advising clients on media and messaging strategy and leading on event logistics, with real ownership from day one.


Who might thrive here?

Someone starting out in their career with 2-3 years’ experience in communications or journalism. You’re confident writing for different audiences, curious about policy and politics, and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up.


I work extremely closely with clients, offering a bespoke, high-trust service, so you’ll need to be comfortable with direct client contact, quick turnarounds, and the kind of responsiveness that builds lasting relationships.


In this environment, no task is too small. We muck in and take on whatever’s needed, with one goal in mind: delivering real outcomes for our clients.

  • Up to £40,000 per annum base salary
